Food & Beverage Team Member
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Member to join our team on a fixed-term basis.

You’ll play a key part in creating memorable visits through excellent service, strong product knowledge, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all food and beverage areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at all times
- Develop a strong knowledge of products to confidently advise and assist guests
- Operate tills in line with cash handling procedures
- Clear and clean tables efficiently
- Maintain clean, tidy, and well-presented front-of-house areas
- Support sales through effective stock replenishment and upselling
- Minimise waste and accurately record end-of-day figures
- Ensure all service areas meet internal hygiene and audit standards
- Handle and maintain equipment safely and correctly
About You
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience in a food and beverage environment would be an advantage, although full training will be provided
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering great service
- Confident communicator with a friendly and approachable manner
- A strong team player who can also work well under pressure
- Reliable, honest, and takes pride in their work
- Flexible and willing to work weekends, evenings, and additional hours when required
Your Contract
This is a fixed-term contract working 14 hours per week until 7th September 2026.
Shifts are worked on a 7-day rota, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
Typical shifts range between 8:00am and 8:00pm, depending on operational requirements.
