What roles are available?
Food and Beverage Team Member
You'll enjoy the buzz of working in a busy guest facing role delivering outstanding service at one of our varied food outlets across our site, from delivering afternoon teas in the Orangery, to selling sausage rolls whilst overlooking the Giraffe and Zebra.
Attractions Team Member
We have an exciting array of attractions which could see you supporting our animal team with giraffe feeding, marshalling our pioneering seasonal events, and ensuring the safety of our guests as they take a ride on the Rockin' Rhino. Due to the safety aspect of this role applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Retail Team Member
Working across our varied retail shops, you’ll be engaging with our guests, from welcoming them to the store, to helping them pick their souvenir, to serving them on the till.
Cleansing Team Member
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the park remains clean and presentable, through out our buildings, with a primary focus on cleansing of the guest toilet blocks around our site.
Ranger
You will be at the forefront of providing a clean and presentable environment for our guests to enjoy, including looking after waste disposal, whilst also being deployed for traffic management across the site, ensuring that guests arrive and are parked safely. Please note that this is not an animal care role.
Guest Experience Team Member
You will be ensuring an efficient, cheerful and courteous service, welcoming our guests in our arrivals booths, answering and resolving all guest enquiries on the day, meeting VIP and accommodation guests at the hub, and responding to questions via e-mail, social media or by telephone in our contact centre. Experience in a customer service environment is required for this role.
What will I need to be considered to join the team?

- Excellent communication skills with a confident and friendly nature
- Be honest, reliable and committed, and enjoy responsibility and exceeding expectations
- You must be aged 16 or over, and above school leaving age to apply for this role.
Your contract
Contracts are available on a fixed term basis. Various working hours over a 7 day rota basis, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required. The earliest start time could be 8am, and the latest finish time could be up to 8pm, varying in accordance with departmental rotas. Positions are available to start from July.
